I was gazing through Barrie Risman’s Evolving Your Yoga Bonus Content page on her website, and stumbled upon this one about Salamba Balasana( Supported Child’s pose ). I like the mode she moves us through most of the various issues that can come up with the pose, two large-scale ones being uneasines in the knees due to too much flexion, and discomfort in the front of the ankle from too much extension. She demonstrates a few cases different prop possible options for each edition, and also testifies a chair copy( with two chairs) that takes the knees and ankles out of it absolutely.
