While I adore living in Canada, I’m a native New Yorker at heart( read: I still don’t, and probably never will, consider a Montreal bagel a real bagel ). I coach online courses, courses, and seminars for yoga both teachers and continuing students. I’m also the author of Evolving Your Yoga: Ten Principles for Enlightened Practice, a template for practitioners to integrate and expand the benefits of yoga on and off the mat.My background is in alignment-based asana. I’ve been a student of Iyengar Yoga for more than 20 times and I’m a certified Anusara Yoga teacher. I’m likewise a lifelong student of the wisdom lores of yoga. I adore and cherish all the creeks of yoga doctrine, but the Nondual Tantric tradition has been my particular focus of study and rehearsal for the past 27 years.Most of my work as a teacher these days revolves around helping students redouble their tradition, whether through refining adjustment skill or helping practitioners find authentic intend and relevance in yogic insight. I like to think my doctrine and writing add fuel for the internal journeying of yoga, raising the practices and perspectives of yoga down to earth and into real life.It is an honor to be part of the YFHA team.
